1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tennisytics, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at bhdrklkn09@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Tennisytics offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• To cancel, manage your subscription through your device's app store account settings.
• We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or store policies.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the match data, player profiles, and other content you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the App's services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tennisytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
